Join us for a fun day at the Herrin Bocce Courts
All funds raised will be used to provide
mediation services to indigent litigants.

TIME:         Check in begins at 8:00 a.m.
                   Captains Meeting at 8:45
                   Play begins 9:00 a.m.

REGISTRATION FEE:  $100.00 PER FOUR (4) PERSON TEAM

Participants will play with bocce balls provided. 
The Code of Conduct and tournament rules are posted on the
Herrin Bocce Club’s website at http://www.herrinbocceclub.org.  

Entries limited to the first 16 teams submitting payment with this entry form.
Deadline to sign up is Friday, April 12, 2013
Prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
